Hello NSXers! I am honored to be the current president of the NSXCA. I live and work in Maineville Ohio, A suburb just North of Cincinnati. I am an entrepreneur at heart and building businesses has been a passion of mine since I was very young. I am blessed to be able to do it everyday. I have been buying and building NSX’s for over 14 years. I have owned 31 of them as of the day I write this. Some I have kept for years and some I have passed on to other people quickly. I currently own a 92 with 257,000 miles on it. I really enjoy the cars in every way. I have owned them as show cars, track cars and daily driving cars. I have easily logged 250,000 miles in them in my lifetime. ( Also worth the note here I have never been stranded in one either! Take that Ferrari! ) It is that deep passion for the car that makes me so honored to be in this position. When I am not working I am spending time with my amazing 11 year old Daughter Olivia and my beautiful Fiancee Jessica. I appreciate the time you took to read this and look forward to continuing to move the NSXCA in to a more user friendly, up to date platform. Special thanks to the great team you also see on this page. I want to personally thank each of them for the hours they put in to this club with zero compensation. Just for the passion of the car and the people. It truly is not recognized enough. Thanks, Brian Urlage
Vice President (2015-18)
Self-proclaimed world traveller & foodie, I count among my passions a love of all things NSX – especially my 1995 Midnight Purple Pearl NSX! Originally from Tennessee, I now live & work in Silicon Valley (Northern California) doing high tech marketing. I am thrilled to serve as the NSXCA Vice President & thank you for this opportunity! May a.k.a. Ms. Purple!!
When I am not driving my 1996 NSX (157,000+ miles and 12,000+ track miles with 111+ track days), I am a Partner and trial attorney in a New York law firm focusing on general and professional liability defense. I have volunteered my legal services many times to the NSX community including traffic tickets where I am both proud and disappointed to have a 28-1 record (the only loss involving a member’s wife who had the right to remain silent but not the ability……..) I joined the NSXCA in 2001 and attended my first NSXPO that year in Wisconsin. I have been to 14 out of the last 15 NSXPOs and only missed 2014 due to a conflict with a wedding – my own! I have been the Secretary of the NSXCA since 2004 as well as the de facto unofficial official NSXPO photographer.
In addition to the usual treasurer responsibilities, my goal in the next year is to formalize the Club’s financial operating procedures and fill in some of the gaps that exist in the way that we currently operate. I also hope to help contribute to increasing the Club’s inclusiveness to existing Club members and to attract new members including 2017 NSX owners. Thank you for this opportunity to give back to the NSX community!
